Blumi is a marketplace where vetted Singapore aesthetic clinics offer treatments at model prices in exchange for content (photos and short videos). The clinic gets fresh marketing material; the model gets a high-quality treatment for a fraction of the standard price.

How is Blumi different from a deal site?

Every clinic on Blumi is reviewed before going live and the relationship is built around content, not just discounts. Bookings open a private message thread, both parties leave a post-visit report, and reviews only publish when both sides have submitted.

Is the platform free to use?

Browsing is free. Models pay the listed model price for the treatment they book. Blumi keeps a 20% platform fee out of that price; the clinic receives the rest. There are no hidden booking fees.

Who can become an aesthetic model?

Anyone aged 18 or over who is comfortable being photographed or filmed during a non-surgical treatment. You don't need previous experience — most Blumi models are everyday people, not professional models.

How do I book a treatment?

Sign up as a model, browse the search page, and tap “Request booking” on a listing you like. You'll add a payment method and a short message; the clinic confirms within a couple of days.

When do I get charged?

Your card is only charged when the clinic accepts your booking — never on request. If they decline, your card is untouched.

What kind of content do I need to provide?

Each listing spells out exactly what the clinic needs (e.g. high-resolution photos at 0 / 4 / 8 weeks, a 30-second reel, etc.). You agree to those terms when you request to book, so there are no surprises after the visit.

What happens if I don't like the result?

Aesthetic results vary, and clinics are upfront about likely outcomes. After your visit, you submit a private report and a public review — both are surfaced once the clinic has also submitted theirs (or after 14 days). If something went seriously wrong, contact us at hey@blumi.com.sg and we'll mediate.

Can I cancel a booking?

You can cancel before the clinic accepts at no charge. After acceptance, refunds depend on how close to the appointment you cancel — most clinics give a full refund up to 48 hours before. The clinic's cancellation policy is shown on every listing.

How do clinics get onto Blumi?

Apply via the “Become a partner” link on the home page. We verify your MOH registration, insurance and clinic profile before activating your account. Once approved, you can list practitioners and open bookings in minutes.

How are payouts handled?

Blumi runs on Stripe Connect (Express). When the model is charged, the funds sit on the Blumi platform balance. Once the booking is marked complete, we transfer the clinic's 80% share to your Stripe-connected bank account.

Can I pick which model gets the booking?

Yes. Each request lands in your dashboard with the model's message and a card on file. You can accept, decline or open a thread to ask follow-up questions before deciding.

Who owns the content the model produces?

The terms you set on each listing govern usage rights — typically a perpetual licence for marketing and training. Blumi doesn't take any rights over the content.

How do I add other people from my clinic?

Clinic owners can invite managers and practitioners from the dashboard. Managers can accept bookings; practitioners get notified about sessions assigned to them.

What does Blumi mean for individual practitioners?

If you're a practitioner inside a Blumi clinic, you get notified about every booking that's assigned to you, can confirm or decline, and submit a post-visit report from your dashboard. Independent practitioners can also create their own clinic profile.

Will my name be public?

Only your professional display name, headline, specialties and photo are shown. Your personal contact details stay private.
