- Data Controller: refers to the Company or Operator as the legal person that determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.

We use third-party payment processors. Payment-card details are not stored or collected by Us — they are provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of Your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. Processors include Stripe (and may include GrabPay or PayPal in future).

Where we collect, use or disclose Your Personal Data, We will do so in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). If You are within the European Union or the United Kingdom, this section also applies. Our legal bases for processing Personal Data include: Your consent, performance of a contract with You, our legitimate interests, our legal obligations, vital interests, and public interest tasks. Under GDPR, You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
